People On Board Social Enterprise Limited, founded in Hong Kong in April 2012. Inspired by his two daughters, founder Thomas Wong designed the first board game "Legend of Cheung Po Tsai". Drawing from his experience as a social worker serving youth and parent groups, he established People On Board. Currently, the company is listed under the Hong Kong Council of Social Service and the Social Enterprise Business Centre of HSBC. It is also an affiliate member of the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Association. In 2016, People On Board received the SEE Mark (Start-up) certification from the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Association.

The core business of People On Board is designing and publishing original Hong Kong tabletop games suitable for family use, with the following social purposes:

1. Quality parent-child relationship: Dedicated to designing tabletop games suitable for Hong Kong families to create quality parent-child time and enhance their relationship.
2. Preventing addiction to electronic games: Promoting the use of tabletop games in Hong Kong families to prevent addiction to electronic games.
3. Promoting local cultural and creative industries: Encouraging young people's creativity to design tabletop games with Hong Kong characteristics and promoting local cultural and creative industries.
4. Creating job opportunities: Creating job opportunities for disadvantaged communities living in remote areas of Hong Kong.
